  • Home Assessments

  • Medical Screening & Clearance

  • Embryo Transfer

  • Heartbeat Confirmation

  • First OB Appointment

  • Ultrasounds

  • Baby Item Exchange for IPS

  • Birth Assistance (including hospital birth support and birth certificate paperwork)

  • Birth Certificate & Passport Assistance

2. What is Surrogacy Coordination?

Surrogacy Coordination involves managing the communication between all parties involved—intended parents, surrogates, surrogacy agencies, and medical professionals. I ensure that everyone stays informed and up-to-date with key milestones such as medical screenings, embryo transfer, ultrasounds, and heartbeats. My goal is to streamline the process and keep everything organized so that you can focus on the journey ahead.

3. What should I expect during the initial consultation?

During the initial consultation, we’ll discuss your specific needs and goals for surrogacy. I work primarily as an independent contractor in coordination with a surrogacy agency, if you are not affiliated with an agency, please let me know prior to your initial consultation. We will discuss the services I offer in detail, answer any questions you may have, and start developing a tailored plan for your journey. It’s important that we’re all on the same page from the beginning.

4. Will you attend all the appointments with me?

Yes! I will attend all crucial appointments with you, including medical screenings, embryo transfers, ultrasounds, and the first OB appointment. I’ll be there to advocate for you and ensure that you’re well-informed every step of the way.

5. How do you help with birth-related paperwork?

After the birth, I assist in filling out the necessary paperwork for the birth certificate and help with the process of obtaining the certificate and the baby’s passport. I also assist with obtaining Apostille Judgements, ensuring that everything is legally documented.

6. What is an Apostille Judgment?

An Apostille Judgment is a certification provided by the government that authenticates legal documents for international use. It is often required when you need to establish the legality of the child’s birth for things like travel or citizenship applications.

7. How are you different from a surrogacy agency?

I am not a surrogacy agency. I am an independent contractor who works in conjunction with surrogacy agencies to provide hands-on, personalized coordination and support. While surrogacy agencies typically handle the matching and legal aspects of surrogacy, my role focuses on the logistical, emotional, and procedural support throughout the journey.

8. How can I get started?

To get started, simply reach out through our contact form or give me a call. We’ll schedule an initial consultation to discuss your needs, and from there, we can determine if we fit as a partnership.

9. Do you work with international clients?

Yes! I assist clients from all over the world with surrogacy coordination, paperwork, and the legal processes involved. Please contact me for more details about how I can support you through the surrogacy journey, no matter where you're located.
